Job title - ROV Crewing Assistant Contract setup - UK PAYE Duration - 12 months, with potential extensions Rate of pay - £15-17 per hour PAYE UK nationals only NES Fircroft are supporting a key OFS client in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, for the above role on a contract basis. This will be a Monday to Friday role, working 37.5 hours per week, and after the initial probation / training phase, they can offer hybrid working. Within the role, you will be part of the ROV Operations department and responsible in assisting management with crew assignments and related administration tasks, as advised by the ROV Crewing Team on a daily basis. Key responsibilities: In collaboration with the ROV Crewing Team assist in the planning supporting the selection of ROV staff and agency personnel for offshore projects (local and worldwide) Provide support with the administration tasks for project specific requirements Provide holiday cover for the ROV Crewing Coordinator’s Update internal databases to assign staff and agency personnel in conjunction with the Crewing team Liaise with the ROV Teams offshore, HR, Training/CAAS Team and Project Managers to confirm all required certificates, competencies, and project-specific training are met Establish a strong understanding of individual ROV employee strengths With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
