Role Summary
The Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer reports to the EICT Lead and is a key member of the Project Management Team, working collaboratively within project systems, procedures, and methods. This is considered a key position within the Rosebank project, requiring continuity through to the end of the EPC phase.
The I&C Engineer is responsible for the design solutions and all engineering activities related to Instrumentation, Control, and Metering disciplines within the project. The role ensures all work (internal and external) is executed in line with:
- Class, Flag, and British regulatory requirements
- Contract requirements
- Project specifications, codes, and standards
A key responsibility includes leading the definition and execution of SAS system modifications (PCS, PSD, ESD, and F&G), alongside verification and modification of field instrumentation and metering systems.
The engineer will also ensure that all project contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders reflect required compliance and standards.
