A leading global industrial engineering and gases organisation is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the North West of England and North Wales.
This is a field-based role (c.75%) focused on winning new business, developing regional sales channels, and delivering value-led technical solutions into sectors such as metal fabrication, food production and leisure.
The Role
- Drive new customer acquisition across packaged gases and engineered solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
- Deliver against revenue and installation targets
- Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and accurate commercial documentation
- Support and develop regional retail partners to maximise growth
- Collaborate with technical and major account teams to unlock new opportunities
