The candidate we are looking for has a flair for sales, is highly motivated, has proven techno-commercial skills, and the ability to promote and position our Automation Systems for the Offshore Wind Segment within Europe. The selected candidate will be part of a high performance international and professional team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and growth targets within the assigned markets and accounts, including pipeline development, management, and forecasting.
- Lead cross functional teams/capture teams to present a competitive, differentiated solution and bids to customers.
- Define bid pricing, positioning, and channel strategies.
- Lead technical and commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Proactively position systems, solutions, and new technology through customer seminars and workshops using the Presales resources.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key players in the allocated market – End Customers, EPCs, Local Sales Units.
- Gather market information to ensure updated market knowledge for planning and implementing appropriate market strategies.
- Support the development of business strategies, sales, and growth plans for the Offshore Wind business.
Ideal Background:
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering background with proven experience in sales in the Utility Sector.
- Offshore Wind projects experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven sales record in the systems business in power grid automation.
- Strong know-how in the field of Substation Automation, Control, and Protection.
- Know-how in telecommunications Systems will be an advantage.
- Result-oriented, customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Conversant with commercial aspects of contracts in export business.
- Self-driven with strong initiative, team player with ability to manage external and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
