Curious about the fast-paced world of internal recruitment? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Internal Recruitment team in Manchester on a maternity cover contract. This is your chance to play a key role in NES Fircroft’s growth by helping us attract top talent across our sales and support functions. What you’ll be doing:

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment process and support hiring managers with live vacancies across the region.
  • Job Advertising: Write and post job ads across relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Search for and reach out to candidates who match current vacancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support NES Fircroft’s growth.
  • Candidate Submissions: Share CVs and interview notes with hiring managers within agreed timeframes.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews and help candidates prepare.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from hiring managers after interviews.
  • Offer Negotiation: Act as a key contact for candidates during the offer stage.

  • Self-Management: Able to work independently, multitask effectively, and remain focused under pressure.
  • Creative Sourcing: Skilled in using social media and innovative methods to reach candidates.
