NES Fircroft are partnering with our major Engineering & Services client to provide an E&I Design Engineer for a major nuclear project based out of Warrington. Hybrid working, 2 days in the office per week. 3-year project! Mon-Fri minimum 37hrs per week.
Overview
To work within the Silos PFCS Supporting Projects E&I design team delivering, supporting others delivering and checking design packages to meet safety, functional and business needs. The project is working on a major nuclear SEP project. Likely to be 2-3 years' work.
Qualifications and Required Experience
- Academic Qualification: HNC minimum / Degree in relevant E/I Engineering discipline
- Professional: Incorporated Engineer
- Minimum 3 years successfully delivering as an Electrical Design Engineer on external multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working knowledge of the appropriate Engineering Standards governing the following works:
- Electrical Supply Infrastructure: Small power, lighting and earthing

- Security Clearance
- Minimum 5 years successfully delivering as an E&I Design Engineer on external and/or SL multidiscipline projects, from concept design through to handover, with a working understanding of the appropriate Engineering Standards governing the following works:
