Job Title:
Trainee Operations CoordinatorLocation: Aberdeen (on site no hybrid)
Contract Length: 10 months (maternity cover) ASAP START
Department: Buoyancy and Ballast
Job Purpose: Responsible for controlling the hire desk, InspHire Asset Management package and hire fleet in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Description:
- Issue workshop stock.
- Order new water bags and associated equipment, as required.
- Upkeep of all certification records.
- Production of hire quotations (UK/Overseas), input into CRM and follow-up.
- Organise inspections and repairs and return shipment for all customer repairs.
- Booking of NEL visits, raise PO and maintain original test certificate files.
- Produce monthly scheduled maintenance reports for all UK hire fleets.
- Organise workshop to conduct regular stocktakes and adjust stock levels as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma (e.g. Asset Management)
- An Accredited Course (credit bearing) in Safety Management and Best Practices is advantageous.
- Proven experience, minimum of 2 years in related field which will include exposure to MS applications asset management.
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Familiar with ERP systems
- Computer literacy. (Full MS Office suit and Advanced Level Excel)
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
