Business Analyst Role Overview
An experienced Business Analyst to lead the discovery and documentation of key administration processes across the Pension Fund Administration function.
This role will play a critical part in supporting our operating model review and continuous improvement Programme by producing a suite of high-level process maps and swim lane diagrams that provide end-to-end visibility of how work is performed across the organization.
Working closely with managers, team leaders and subject matter experts, you will capture current-state processes, identify risks and inefficiencies, and support the design of future-state operating models that improve efficiency, control and service delivery
Qualifications
General BA experience with Intellipen working knowledge
Business Analyst Key Skills
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst with some Project Management.
- Demonstrable experience mapping complex business processes.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Visio skills (or similar process mapping tools).
- Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.
- Experience delivering work independently and managing competing priorities
