SAP Program Manager β 6 months initially β Oxford Hybrid working minimum of 3 days on site per week, at the beginning of the project more time will be required on site. Inside of IR35.
Essential: Strong S4Hana implementation/integration. Integrating from D365 to S4Hana. Global experience. Mainly Finance Modules, nice to have would be HR/MM/EWM/WM. Strong Program management.
To be successful my client will need to establish its global operations requiring an integrated operating model & systems to ensure consistency. Key to this integrated model is the Slipstream business program that has recently been initiated. With a strong focus on the UK operations, the program seeks to harmonise my clientβs systems & processes across several work streams. At the heart of this will be the establishment of an ERP environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance & warehousing functions. To this end, a skilled SAP Program Manager is required to support the delivery of a complex ERP migration project.
Looking for a strong Technical SAP Programme Manager but also an individual that can engage culturally and thrive in an ambiguous environment, strong project framework and give direction, passionate and that get up and go to bring all the team together and lead.
SAP Programme Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing the ERP Program team of project resources to ensure successful completion of the project in line with schedule & budget.
- Controlling project planning activities associated with the migration of the ERP from Microsoft D365 to SAP S/4HANA.
- Establish fit-for-purpose Program governance & risk management structures.
- Sourcing & managing necessary project resources.
- Controlling project schedules to ensure that necessary modules & development activities are completed according to the project plan.
- Preparing project budgets, attaining necessary approvals in a timely manner & monitoring project financials & the realisation of defined project benefits.
- Effectively controlling & managing the issues, risks, dependencies & changes in scope associated with large, complex IT projects.
- Establishment of strategic change management strategies to streamline communications & business readiness activities.
- Developing & managing vendor contracts / agreements associated with projects under management.
SAP Programme Manager Skills & Behaviour:
- Significant experience building & leading diverse, high-performing teams as part of Digital Transformation Projects.
- Program Management experience with global exposure highly desirable.
- Technology program management experience with exposure to complex, multi-platform technical environments.
- Exposure to SAP technology platforms with a manufacturing focus is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project methodologies & all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to foster collaboration & support organisational change management across geographies.
- Ability to support significant organisational change & navigate evolving situations with flexibility.
- Ability to inspire & motivate others, contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
