Provide administrative support to the Sales Team by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and manage delivery schedules.
- Support Account Managers with customer accounts and enquiries.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to meet service targets.
- Prepare reports and assist with account reviews.
Key Requirements
- Experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
- SAP experience desirable.
