  • Role - Quality Receiving Goods Inspector (Inside IR35)
  • Location - Rugby
  • This is a receiving parts inspector working on Day shifts
  • Candidate must have basic skillsin measurements, reading technical drawings and operating calibration systems.
  • Perform in-process inspections throughout manufacturing
  • The Receiving Parts Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications before being accepted into inventory or production.
  • Verify manufacturing operations against approved processes
  • Conduct build verification inspections
  • Complete final product inspections
  • Perform dimensional inspection using approved measuring equipment
  • Carry out detailed visual inspections
  • Verify manufacturing documentation and quality records
  • Confirm compliance with customer and engineering requirement
  • Independently approve manufacturing operations
  • Reject non-conforming product
  • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
  • Apply Quality Holds where required
  • Remove Quality Holds following verification
  • Stop production where product quality or safety is at risk
  • Escalate quality concerns using established governance
  • Perform containment inspections
