We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the roadmap and delivery of innovative healthcare software and medical device solutions. As a key product leader, you’ll own the product backlog, drive Agile delivery, and partner with cross-functional teams to bring high-impact, compliant solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage product roadmap and backlog aligned to business and user needs
- Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
- Translate user needs into clear requirements and user stories (BDD/acceptance criteria)
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality, compliant healthcare solutions
- Drive user research, usability testing, and integrate customer feedback
- Partner with global stakeholders and support product lifecycle from concept to launch
Required Experience
- 1–3 years' experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, UX, Business Analysis, or software development within Agile teams.
- Demonstrates strong technical curiosity and sufficient technical capability to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical constraints.
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, prioritisation, and release tracking.
- Experience working with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver digital products and services.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Degree in a technical, scientific, engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience working with clinicians, surgeons, or healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of Agile engineering practices such as BDD and TDD.
- Understanding of healthcare software, medical devices, or regulated product development.
- Familiarity with medical device standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, ISO 62304).
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
