Job Description
An established engineering services company is seeking a Lead PHE Technician to join their team in Dyce, Aberdeenshire. This is a hands-on role involving the inspection, maintenance, and servicing of plate heat exchangers across onshore sites and offshore installations. The position includes travel to remote locations — including distilleries in the Scottish Highlands — so a full UK driving licence is essential.

- Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
- Occasional overtime and offshore work required
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians
- Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble plate heat exchangers
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement solutions
- Coordinate tools, materials, and schedules
- Maintain accurate service records
🛠️ Requirements:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with PHEs, ideally in a supervisory role
