An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Discipline Lead – MEP Engineering to support the delivery of major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on the water sector. This role will play a key part in design coordination, interface management and engineering delivery, working across complex projects and collaborating with multiple technical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP coordination activities across both bids and live projects
- Manage interfaces between MEP, civil, structural and process engineering disciplines
- Support and contribute to technical reviews and engineering coordination activities
- Oversee and manage external designers and technical deliverables
- Ensure buildability and construction‑led design development is embedded into projects
- Participate in design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination meetings
- Support engineering planning and tender development activities
About You
- Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
- Approximately 7–10 years’ industry experience
- Chartered Engineer (or actively working towards chartership)
