Role Summary
Support the learning function by delivering safety and compliance training initiatives, managing learning performance data, and providing insights to improve learning effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement through analytics, stakeholder engagement and learning programme optimisation.

- Knowledge of safety and compliance training environments is beneficial.
- Experience measuring learning impact and ROI is advantageous.
