Contract role - 6 months +

Location - Wales

Our client is looking for a Site Planner/Outage planner to work on a contract basis on site. This person needs to have experience working on outage power plant projects and will need experience of Primavera P6. Ideally, the candidate will have experience on Combined cycle power plants but this experience is flexible.

  • Develop fully logic linked and resourced task level plans for specific plant areas.
  • Review historic similar plans to identify differences and review these with appropriate Station departments.
  • Manage 'Scope Change' during preparation phase and include details of risk mitigations.
  • With the outage plant area lead, run the area outage preparation meeting, managing the agenda, recording and tracking actions.
  • Maintain plans during outage execution phase by updating progress, tracking critical path, building in and managing the impact of emergent work and identifying any errors/improvements required in the plan.

Monday - Friday working, 10 hours per day.
