NES Fircroft are recruiting a Mechanical Work Packs Planner on behalf of our client, a major chemical manufacturer, based at Saltend Chemical Park, Hull. Outside IR35 contract opportunity until at least October 2025. Overview: Mechanical work packs planner required for an upcoming turnaround on a Upper Tier COMAH site. Responsibilities include, but not limited to Supporting the TAR team by: Providing a Mechanical planning area lead presence in the field, promoting INEOS safety standards and holding people accountable where those standards are not being met. Conducting detailed constructability reviews Development of detailed work pack planning for heat exchanger and process vessels to satisfy statutory inspections Raise technical queries Working closely with assigned contractors to ensure all instructions / work packs are clearly understood and delivered in the field. Estimations and activity durations Actively managing and being involved in the closeout of all event activities and actions.
