OverviewMaterials Management & Logistics Data Analyst β Join this exciting project team as a Materials Management & Logistics Data Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Materials Management and Logistics (MM&L) activities comply with the energy company joint venture. As part of this team, you will be responsible for baseline current practices, develop/update procedures, processes, and underpinning systems.Your focus will be on managing and continuously improving processes, systems, and data related to material supply chain in support of the project. You will lead the development and implementation of materials management data and system strategy to support the business plan and implement necessary material control processes.Required SkillsMaterials Management and Logistics experience in the Oil & Gas/Energy industryStrong understanding of MM&L policies, standards, procedures, processes, and systemsKnowledge and experience working with ERP systems and various reporting toolsAbility to analyze data, manage master data, and generate reportsUnderstanding of equipment and materials used in the energy businessProactive with the ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have SkillsExperience in developingmaterial management guidelines and operating proceduresFamiliarity with data exchange and interfaces with Logistics service providersPreferred Education and ExperienceBachelor\\\βs degree in Materials Management, Logistics, or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role in the Oil & Gas/Energy industryOther RequirementsHigh level of attention to detail to maintain data integrity in the ERPStrong communication skills to collaborate with various teamsAbility to identify and monitor key performance indicators related to MM performanceTravel may be required occasionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
