Join our Internal Recruitment team in Manchester on a maternity cover contract. This role focuses on partnering with internal stakeholders to help grow our teams without client‑facing responsibilities. What you’ll be doing:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment process and support hiring managers with live vacancies across the region.
- Job Advertising: Write and post job ads across relevant platforms and social media channels.
- Candidate Sourcing: Search for and reach out to candidates who match current vacancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support NES Fircroft’s growth.
- Candidate Submissions: Share CVs and interview notes with hiring managers within agreed timeframes.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews and help candidates prepare.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from hiring managers after interviews.
- Offer Negotiation: Act as a key contact for candidates during the offer stage.
