We’re partnering with a global industrial gases and engineering solutions provider to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition across the South West of England. This is a field-based, new business role, selling packaged gases, cryogenic solutions and engineered equipment into industrial end-user markets, particularly metal fabrication, food and leisure.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business through consultative, value-led selling
- Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline via self-generated prospecting and referrals
- Deliver revenue growth and cryogenic installation targets
- Work closely with retail partners, applications specialists and internal teams
- Manage customer onboarding, contracts and CRM activity
- Spend c.75% of time in the field developing opportunities
About You
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial or technical markets
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working autonomously
- Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Willing to travel extensively within the region
