NES Fircroft is currently recruiting for a Logistics Supervisor for our client, a global, industry-leading power technology company working on a major UK power project in Norfolk.
Location: Norfolk, Swaffham

Job profile
Reporting to the General Site Manager and Site Manager, you will control, coordinate, and take custody of materials from shipment to site and coordinate site storage, including logistics for the use of permanent materials/plant in line with programme requirements. Components range from mechanical and electrical instrumentation for our Converter Station, and you will include compiling all necessary quality documentation, FAT testing and understanding dimensions and weight of equipment.
- Control, coordinate, and take custody of materials from shipment to site.
- Coordinate site storage and logistics for use of permanent materials/plant.
- Compile all necessary quality documentation, FAT testing, and understand dimensions and weight of equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, quality checks, and planning.
- Organize and control supply chain/logistics activities in area of responsibility (e.g., warehouse) to achieve cost benefits, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction through best logistics services flow of material and optimize processes and resources.
