Job Description Our engineering client is recruiting for a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to work on a permanent basis This role will specialise in Manufacturing readiness, Manufacturing capability and Factory Design and Layout. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the development and delivery manufacturing capability including processes, systems, and FD&L to ensure the efficient and effective production of containment enclosures. This role requires an in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in the delivery of manufacturing capability and systems Lead the ANL Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) programme for a new facility. Deliver the manufacturing strategy for the new facility under the direction of the Head of Innovation and Head of Manufacturing to support contract requirements. Coordinate, plan resources and manage support for multiple manufacturing capability projects to successful completion. Lead the Factory Design and Layout (FD&L) for the new facility. Developing and delivering the layouts for plant, production facility, equipment, processes, and workflow. Lead the group on new/existing manufacturing process development and identify improvements to enhance KPI output.
