Purpose of the Role

As HR Generalist, you will support all aspects of the employee journey from sourcing top talent to managing smooth exits. Your mission is to deliver people strategies that align with HMH’s goals and foster a thriving workplace culture.

Key accountabilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Conduct selection interviews
  • Prepare employment terms
  • Coordinate onboarding processes
  • Manage offboarding and exit procedures

Benefits administration:

  • Oversee compensation, pensions, and health insurance

Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure adherence to UK employment law
  • Maintain best practice in HR processes and procedures
  • Support harmonisation of terms and conditions across the organisation
