Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience, looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced operational environment? NES Fircroft is supporting a leading organisation in their search for an HR Advisor to join their team in Heathrow on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting operational HR activities, with a particular focus on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, providing practical HR advice while supporting a range of workforce and people-related matters.
In this HR Advisor role, your key responsibilities will involve:
- Leading and managing Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
- Supporting Industrial Relations activities, including supply chain audits and compliance with industry working rule agreements
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate HR reporting, including headcount, absence and payroll information
- Ensuring HR systems, including Workday, are kept accurate and up to date
- Promoting a positive, compliant and high-performing working environment
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of three years' experience working in an HR Advisory role
- Strong, hands-on Employee Relations experience
- Experience within infrastructure, construction, heavy industry or a similar operational environment
- Exposure to Industrial Relations or unionised environments
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
- Experience using Workday or similar HR systems
- The confidence and professionalism to manage sensitive and complex HR matters
