Our Client is seeking an experienced Buildings Project Manager (SQEP) to lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from award to completion
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure SHEQ compliance across all stages
  • Oversee budgets, cost control, and contract administration (e.g. NEC4)
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain project documentation and handover records
  • Lead and support site teams to drive performance

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • 8–10 years’ experience delivering complex building/infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, planning, and construction methods
  • Proven contract and budget management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Chartered status (e.g. CIOB, RIBA)
  • NEC4 or similar contract experience
