Our Client is seeking an experienced Buildings Project Manager (SQEP) to lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from award to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Ensure SHEQ compliance across all stages
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and contract administration (e.g. NEC4)
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain project documentation and handover records
- Lead and support site teams to drive performance
Requirements
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- 8–10 years’ experience delivering complex building/infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of regulations, planning, and construction methods
- Proven contract and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Chartered status (e.g. CIOB, RIBA)
- NEC4 or similar contract experience
