My client is looking to bring on board an Infrastructure Team Lead with a strong Microsoft technology background, servers, firewalls, networking etc., solid customer service experience and the ability to bring this into the IT department.
The Infrastructure Team Lead will be responsible for 2 direct reports, so looking for somebody with staff management experience, support desk experience and networking skills, with a Customer first approachable and hands-on approach if required for this role.
The Infrastructure Team Lead shouldn’t be afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty; it is only a small IT team within a medium-sized IT company, employing around 200 people.
Although the role is based in Basingstoke, there will be some travel involved to other offices, but mainly Basingstoke.

Must be able to drive.
