We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer (MEP) to support the technical delivery of major infrastructure projects within a multidisciplinary environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in design development, engineering analysis, and coordination, working within contractor-led or design & build project settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support design development and technical delivery within the MEP discipline
- Undertake engineering calculations and technical assessments
- Prepare, review and contribute to technical deliverables and documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external designers
- Participate in technical reviews and design coordination meetings
- Support buildability assessments and engineering risk reviews
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and engineering assurance standards
About You
- Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in an infrastructure or related environment
- Strong experience in engineering calculations and design analysis
- Exposure to UK infrastructure projects preferred
- Working towards professional chartership
- Experience within contractor-led or design & build environments is advantageous
- Strong communication and coordination skills
