Content Manager, Maternity Cover FTC
Location: Altrincham
Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract for Maternity Cover.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategist: Work closely with the Group Communications Manager to develop and implement content plans for each quarter, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
- Creative Briefs: Create briefs for the content team to develop blogs, podcasts, and copy to support ongoing business growth and campaigns.
- Editor-in-Chief: Provide writing and editing support to ensure top-notch content across all channels.
- Lead Generator: Increase the number of inbound leads from content output and report on ROI, showing the impact of your work.
- Team Leader: Line manage the Content team, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and on brand.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Content Pro: Over 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content development.
- Content Creator: Strong experience in content creation and planning.
- Team Leader: Proven people management and team leadership experience.
- Writing Wizard: First-rate research and writing skills, able to handle both formal and informal communications in short and long form.
- Organizational Guru: Ability to plan and prioritize conflicting tasks with ease.
- Multimedia Skills: Experience with video and/or audio editing is preferred (Adobe Premiere / Audition).
