- Work closely with senior leaders, HR, and global comms colleagues to ensure one clear voice across the organisation.

- Bring complex strategies to life, making them engaging and easy for employees to connect with.
- Support major change and transformation programmes with thoughtful, effective communications.
- Champion employee engagement—measuring impact, listening to feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- A communications professional with a track record of building strategies that actually engage employees.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations (1,000 employees). Background in R&D, science, manufacturing, or technical industries is a big plus.
- Sharp storytelling skills—written, visual, and digital—with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Confident in change management communications.
- Skilled in digital platforms, content management, and analytics.
- Comfortable overseeing audio-visual content and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, PR (or related field); advanced degree welcomed.
- Experience in Internal comms, ideally with multi-site exposure.
Why join?
- Be part of a global industry leader that combines science, technology, and sustainability to transform the future.
- Work in a role that gives you visibility at every level, from shop floor to senior leadership.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
- A chance to make your mark on culture, engagement, and communications for thousands of employees.
