We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Operator to support the operation and hot commissioning of a thermal generation asset, through to full project handover. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations in line with environmental and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate plant systems in accordance with environmental permit requirements
- Support hot commissioning activities through to project completion
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the asset to meet performance targets
- Adhere to all site safety protocols and industry best practice
- Assist in achieving operational readiness for handover
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in commissioning within thermal generation
- Proven experience in Energy from Waste (EfW) operations
- Strong understanding of operating under an environmental permit
- Flexible approach to shift working (including days and nights)
