About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational, financial, and administrative performance across the organisation. Working closely with regional teams, you’ll analyse business data, support project invoicing, coordinate with finance and HR, and maintain compliance with internal processes and ISO standards. This is a varied, hands‑on role with significant visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business performance data, utilisation, and project metrics
  • Prepare monthly management reports and support leadership with insights
  • Liaise with operations, technology, innovation, and business development teams
  • Manage invoicing, billing accuracy, receivables tracking, and financial coordination
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and employee processes
  • Support compliance, audits, ISO documentation, and vendor coordination

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in business operations, HR, finance, or compliance
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Confident working with invoicing systems, HR tools, and Excel
  • Familiar with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
