HMH based in Kintore, Aberdeenshire are looking for an experienced Administrator with keen attention to detail to join the team for a 6-month assignment.
Primary tasks will include:
- Preparing customer invoices with supporting documentation
- Reviewing vendor invoices, timesheets and supporting documentation
- Providing support with visa applications
- Providing administrative support to Service Engineers, monitoring annual leave, maintaining assignment records, training courses etc
Ideally, you will:
- be familiar with SAP4Hana, or other SAP modules
- be flexible, able to manage conflicting priorities
- be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
