Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk/Administrator to assist the department for a period of 3 months (end Dec 2026).

As an experienced Accounts Payable and Finance Administrator, you will have a strong background in processing high volumes of invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, payment processing, and financial administration.

  • Skilled in matching invoices to purchase orders, resolving supplier queries, and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Proficient in accounting systems, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel, with experience supporting month-end processes, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • A collaborative and proactive team member with strong communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
