NES Fircroft are currently recruiting experienced Instrument Technicians to join our clients growing offshore teams on behalf of a leading Oil & Gas Operator. These are excellent long-term core positions supporting multiple offshore assets. You may be part of the fixed assets, Walk-to-Work (W2W) or Flying Squad teams, providing essential coverage and support to the existing offshore workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot offshore instrumentation systems.
- Carry out routine inspections, calibrations, and repairs to ensure equipment integrity.
- Ensure all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide technical support to offshore operations, ensuring optimal performance of instrumentation systems.
Requirements:
- Valid CompEx certification (minimum EX01–EX04).
- In-date offshore certifications, including: MIST, BOSIET (with CA-EBS), OGUK Medical (unrestricted).
- Proven recent experience in a similar offshore Instrument Technician role.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements and procedures.
- Must currently be residing in the UK and eligible to work.
