Role Synopsis
The HSE Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing safety policies and procedures within the company. They oversee daily activities related to health, safety, and environment to minimize risks and incidents. Additionally, they ensure effective communication between project teams and HSE staff to ensure a smooth implementation of policies. A key part of this role will be to help with incident reporting, analysis, and communication.
Responsibilities
- HSE Management System Development: Developing and implementing HSE requirements aligned with current standards and regulations.
- Training and Awareness: Organizing training sessions to familiarize staff with HSE rules and practices.
- Risk Management & Assessment: Identifying, evaluating, and managing safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Regular Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Incident Management: Handling HSE incidents, investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on incidents, audits, and corrective measures.
- Team Coordination: Coordinating between project teams and HSE services to ensure compliance and safety.
- Continuous Improvement: Proposing initiatives to enhance HSE performance and reduce risks.
