Description:
As part of our resourcing strategy for the transition to the Incorporated Joint Venture (IJV) our client are seeking a skilled Contracting & Procurement (C&P) professional to support the Corporate Services category, with a particular focus on IT, HR, HSE, and Real Estate contracts.
The successful candidate will help shape and execute the procurement strategy, ensuring continuity of service and a smooth transition of contracts and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Infrastructure Technology (IT), HR, HSE, and Real Estate categories.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure optimal value and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business continuity.
- Support change management and integration activities related to the IJV transition.
- Ensure procurement activities are aligned with corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
- Develop commercially competitive contracting & procurement strategies with evolving business needs for assigned key spend categories which meets the Business Demand while taking into account potential implementation of strategies at local level.
- Conduct tenders, evaluate bids & drive negotiations with Suppliers in accordance with the CMCP as an overall ‘guidance’.
- Ensure delivery & effectively manage contracts while continuously drive value improvement targets.
- Identify, develop & implement supply chain improvement opportunities.
Experience
Ideally 10–15 years in Contracting & Procurement, with a strong background in Infrastructure Technology (IT) and corporate services procurement.

- A degree level (Business/Engineering), CIPS, and/or proven long term comprehensive experience within CP.
- Proven track record of execution excellence & delivering results.

- Good understanding of strategic, technical, legal, finance, taxation and commercial issues.
