Our client is seeking a pro-active Customer Support & Sales data specialist - Hybrid working once trained.

Are you a highly organised customer service professional with strong systems knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join a successful and growing business. This is a varied role where you will work closely with the Sales team, supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle, from quotation and order placement through to delivery and after-sales support.

The Role

As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, resolving queries, and ensuring customers receive a first-class service at every stage of their journey. You will act as the primary internal contact for customer account enquiries, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
