Required: - Hands on experience supporting PLM CAD applications.
Proven experience providing first line application support for PLM/CAD systems, owning incidents through to resolution.
Strong working knowledge of engineering workflows, including design, engineering change control, configuration management.
Experience supporting engineers manufacturing users in operational, production critical settings.
Ability to diagnose PLM/CAD application issues work effectively with central application SMEs to resolve them.
Experience supporting integrated enterprise environments, including ERP systems (eg SAP) alongside PLM/CAD.
