Our client is looking for an experienced Material Planner to manage end-to-end inventory and production planning within our Electrification Smart Buildings division.
Key Responsibilities of the Material Planner:
- Manage vendor portfolio and full supply chain/inventory lifecycle
- Maintain inventory parameters within the ERP system
- Work closely with Buyers, Operations, and internal teams to support material availability
- Analyse inventory performance, identify excess/obsolete stock, and drive improvements
- Produce weekly/monthly planning and inventory reports
- Create production schedules, release work orders, and run daily plant-level MRP
About You:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning, MRP, production scheduling, and inventory control
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP desirable)
- Skilled in Excel
- Excellent communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail
- Proven track record of improving processes
