E&I Engineer - TAR NES Fircroft are currently recruiting an experienced E&I Engineers who have a strong background in planning and delivering Turnaround (TAR) projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the core TAR team at a leading chemical manufacturing site on Saltend Chemical Park, Hull, working on a long-term contract basis (Outside IR35) with excellent potential for ongoing work and relationship building.

Technical skills
Experience of COMAH top tier chemical plant management, I/E/A maintenance and development.

Thorough knowledge of I/C/E working practices, procedures at theoretical and practical level as well as European legal and HSE requirements.

Experience with Safety Instrumented Systems, LOPA, working on complex FSC systems.

Experience with E&I projects, design, implementation and commissioning Planning, development and implementation of major TAR I/C/E activities is essential.

Education and Qualifications
Degree in instrument or electrical engineering Proven experience in petrochemical industry.

Desirable: Comp Ex 12 Engineering design of Ex electrical and instrumentation installations Certified Functional Safety Engineer (BS EN 61511)
