Role: Assembly Operative (Wiring) Based: Morley, Leeds. LS27 Rate: £13.50p/h + holidays (33 days - 25+8BH) Term: 6-12 months - Monday-Friday 37.5hrs (early finish on Friday)
Role and responsibilities
Due to an increase in work our client is seeking 3 Assembler's to join the team.
Correct use of machinery and equipment on the shop floor required.
The Assembler will be able to read and interpret working instructions for wiring of products.
Some requirements to use light hand tools.
Quality testing as part of a defined production process.
Conducts shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines.
Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area.
The Assembly Operative will support the Emergency lighting unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes Qualifications for the Assembly Operative will have:- Strong attention to detailand ability to follow precise instructions.
Team playerwith good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Experience with PCBs and wiring would be desirable but not essential Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
