About Nero

Nero is redefining the future of activewear by rejecting polyester and building a new category of performance apparel from natural, luxury fabrics. Launched in 2025, Nero has already sold out multiple production runs. Our mission is to prove that high-performance activewear doesn’t need plastic. Every Nero garment begins with fabric innovation, and pushing boundaries in construction. This isn’t sportswear as the industry knows it. We are rebuilding it from the ground up.

TL:DR - We’ll know you’re the one if:

  • You can build and run an influencer and partnerships engine that actually performs.
  • You’re organised, decisive, and comfortable managing people who don’t work for you.
  • You understand creators, affiliates, gifting, content rights, and timelines and you care about output, not optics.

If creators deliver, content gets used, revenue is trackable, and Nero shows up exactly where it should, you’re doing your job.

The Role:

As Influencer + Partnerships Manager, you will own Nero’s influencer and partnership channel across the UK and US. You’ll lead everything end-to-end: sourcing creators, structuring partnerships, running gifting and seeding, and turning creator content into usable brand and paid assets. Working closely with the founder, you’ll ensure every partnership ties back to awareness, storytelling, or sales, ideally all three.

Influencer Program:

  • Source, sign, and manage athlete-creators, and aligned influencers across all major platforms.
  • Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and optimise partnership structures and incentives.
  • Track performance with clear revenue and brand impact metrics.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and KPIs across all influencer campaigns.

Gifting & Seeding:

  • Build and maintain a high-value gifting roster aligned with Nero’s positioning.
  • Plan and execute gifting and seeding campaigns for launches, restocks, and key brand moments.
  • Coordinate closely with fulfilment to ensure clean logistics and delivery.

Content & Storytelling:

  • Guide creators to produce performance and positioning-driven content in Nero’s tone of voice.
  • Plan influencer-led content for launches, seasonal pushes, and major brand initiatives.
  • Secure and manage content usage rights for paid ads (whitelisting).
  • Ensure creator content is structured to feed paid media testing and scaling.

UGC & Paid Creative Engine:

  • Own Nero’s UGC output for paid media, volume, quality, and performance.
  • Turn creators into repeatable content machines, not one-off posts.
  • Scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
  • Build systems so paid media always has fresh, high-performing creative to test.

Systems & Relationships:

  • Build scalable systems for managing creators, contracts, content, deadlines, and performance.
  • Maintain a clean, structured creator and partner database.
  • Build long-term, high-trust relationships with top creators and partners.

Success Looks Like:

  • A high performing roster of creators driving measurable sales and awareness.
  • A scalable gifting program amplifying key Nero moments.
  • Influencer content integrated seamlessly into paid ads.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3+ years in influencer partnerships, ideally in apparel, or consumer brands.
  • An understanding of UK and US influencer markets.
  • An understanding of content across all social platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and relationship skills.
  • Fluency with affiliate platforms, creator management tools, and content rights processes.
  • Data driven mindset with focus on results.
