Nero Partners is seeking an experienced contract recruitment specialist in the UK to drive NFI growth across enterprise accounts and complement existing teams with new logos. The role is 95% client-facing with no delivery responsibility and no people management, offering autonomy and a clear path to owning commercial functions across brands.

You’ll focus on expanding client books, building relationships across FMCG, pharma, logistics and manufacturing, and you’ll be measured on revenue brought.
