An established technology staffing business, £30m+ turnover, is hiring a Head of Contract to take over and grow a UK key accounts desk.

The desk:

  • 10-12 heads to lead from day one
  • 260 customers placed into over the last 12 months across the wider business
  • 70% contract / 20% perm split company-wide
  • Delivery support across London and Offshore

This is a growth seat, not an MBR factory. The remit is winning customers and winning business across SAP, ERP, SOW, Data and AI, all areas with live client demand and no one currently driving them. The desk needs a rebuild and a fresh strategy rather than caretaking, so it suits someone who wants to put their own stamp on it.

Who it suits:

  • 7-12 years experience, hands-on but with genuine management experience
  • Someone who hasn't run a P&L of this size before but is ready to step up
  • Tech and functional staffing background, comfortable cross-selling across closely aligned markets
  • UK or European market experience, with the person mattering more than the exact patch
