The client base includes a fund with 16 portfolio companies - AI startups, F1 operations, PE-backed businesses. They run all contract work for them exclusively. Their sister business has a 200-hire mandate being scoped right now. Director to IC Engineering roles. 50/50 UK and US, skewing more US at leadership level. This desk doesn't need more clients. It needs someone who can execute at the level the roles demand.
