The candidates are some of the best-paid engineers anywhere. Senior SWEs and quant devs at these funds are on £500k-1m packages, which is why fees regularly clear £100k.
At the larger hedge fund search firms, juniors spend years sourcing candidates for senior consultants and rarely run a deal themselves. Here you run your own deals from day one and earn on the full fee.
This is a candidate-led market. You need to know who the people are, not just who the clients are.
What you're walking into:
- Live desk with existing flow into tier 1 buy-side clients
- HFT, electronic trading, quant development and infrastructure roles
- Fees of £100k-£250k+
- Full fee credit, no feeding seniors
