We are seeking a proactive, friendly and detail-oriented professional to join our law firm in a unique role combining sales, client onboarding, contract administration, and legal admin support.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, negotiating and preparing client agreements, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. You will also provide administrative support to our legal team, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
While experience in a law firm or conveyancing is advantageous, it is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
