Remote | Initial 30-Day Trial | Execution-Focused Role
I'm a UK-based founder launching a tightly scoped MVP service for tradespeople. This is not a VA role, not a commissionâonly sales role, and not a theory position. I'm looking for one strong operator who can confidently run a simple system endâtoâend:
- deliver the service
- manage execution day to day
This role suits someone who is comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
What Youâll Be Responsible For
This role has two parallel phases running at the same time. You must be organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Phase 1 â Client Acquisition (Primary Focus Early On)
You will:
- Identify and contact UK tradespeople
- Run AIâassisted outbound outreach at meaningful volume
- Manage followâups, replies, and response tracking
- Improve messaging based on real performance data
You should already be comfortable using modern outreach systems such as:
- Apollo
- Lemlist
- Instantly
- Smartlead
- or similar tools
Highâquality volume, proper tracking, and disciplined followâup matter here. This is not manual oneâoff messaging.
Phase 2 â Service Delivery (Ongoing)
Once clients are onboarded, you will:
- Deliver the service daily for each client
- Monitor defined sources and alerts
- Filter opportunities using clear criteria
- Act quickly on timeâsensitive items
- Route opportunities via WhatsApp or similar channels
- Maintain consistent delivery standards
Client acquisition continues while service delivery is active.
Organisation & Execution
- Can manage multiple moving parts without chaos
- Is naturally organised and structured
- Can switch between outreach, delivery, and reporting smoothly
- Makes reasonable decisions without constant oversight
Tools & Communication
You should be comfortable using tools such as:
- Outreach platforms (as above)
- Slack for daily communication
- Loom for async updates or walkthroughs
- WhatsApp for delivery and client communication
- CRM or tracking tools (any system youâre experienced with)
Exact tools are flexible. Execution quality matters more than specific software.
This Role Is NOT For You
- You are primarily a general VA
- You need stepâbyâstep daily instruction
- You only want to send messages
- You avoid responsibility for outcomes
- You prefer discussing ideas over executing them
This Role IS For You
- Youâve run outbound systems before
- You understand followâups, tracking, and conversion
- Youâre confident managing both acquisition and delivery
- You like owning a process endâtoâend
- You want to grow with something once itâs validated
What Success Looks Like in the First 30 Days
- Outreach system live and performing
- First paying clients onboarded
- Clean execution across both phases
- Clear, consistent reporting
- No overselling or broken expectations
Compensation & Upside
Competitive base pay (discussed privately). Performance incentives tied to paying clients acquired. Consistency and quality of delivery. As soon as the offer is validated and generating reliable revenue, Iâm open to:
- Transitioning into a longâterm fullâtime role
- Increasing compensation
- Adding stronger incentives tied to results
How to Apply
Apply via the platform. If you have examples of:
- AIâpowered outreach systems youâve run
- Campaigns that converted into paying clients
- Dashboards, workflows, or results
Youâre welcome to share them. A short Loom walkthrough is a bonus, not a requirement. Details about the business mechanics will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
