Anthropic Fellows Program Overview
The Fellows Program fosters AI research and engineering talent by providing funding and mentorship to promising technical individuals regardless of prior experience. Fellows will use external infrastructure (e.g., open‑source models, public APIs) to work on an empirical project aligned with our research priorities, with the goal of producing a public output such as a paper submission. Over 80% of fellows in previous cohorts produced papers.

Logistics & Eligibility
