About the role
Nerdio is seeking a results-driven B2B Demand Generation Specialist to accelerate our exciting growth across EMEA. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing activity, using a full mix of demand generation tactics right across the buyer journey. A key priority of this role will be to drive attendance and pipeline through our first-party events, such as Global Innovation Days and Micro Hacks, which are developed in close collaboration with Microsoft and other strategic partners. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team and regional stakeholders to deliver high-impact, scalable programs that fuel awareness, attendance, and sales opportunities, while contributing to broader regional growth targets.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive event attendance, engagement, and pipeline generation across EMEA.
- Own demand generation for first-party events, including Microsoft-aligned activations, ensuring they are well-promoted and fully leveraged for pipeline impact.
- Develop and manage integrated programs (digital, social, email, events, ABM, paid media) tailored to regional audiences.
- Own campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting, ensuring accountability and clear alignment with revenue goals.
- Partner with the content team & external agencies to create compelling assets that fuel demand and nurture leads across the funnel.
- Use HubSpot to build landing pages, automate workflows, and execute targeted email campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally to align campaign messaging, track lead routing, and ensure timely & effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with digital teams to optimize paid media campaigns supporting both always-on and event-specific campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI, with an eye toward continuous optimization.
- Report on KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights to internal stakeholders and iterating based on learnings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within SaaS or IT-related technology companies.
- Proven track record of delivering pipeline-driving campaigns through a mix of event-based, digital, and outbound channels.
- Experience planning and executing demand generation for strategic events in partnership with third parties (e.g. Microsoft).
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce; able to build landing pages, email workflows, and manage campaign tracking.
- Deep understanding of campaign measurement, KPIs, and optimization techniques.
- Experience supporting and enabling SDR/BDR teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with solid presentation skills-comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
